Speak to the person who invited you to Bittech.Digital and request their referral link to create your Free account.
Once your free account has been created, login using your credentials. Click 'Update Profile' and select 'Bitcoin Wallet Address'. Prior to placing your first order, please enter your 'Bitcoin Wallet Address' and click 'UPDATE' to save your information.
Your wallet address is required to share in our PROFITS and receive your BITCOINS.

CAN I CHANGE MY BITCOIN WALLET?

You CAN NOT change your Bitcoin wallet address at any stage! However, you can change the following information:

2. Address
3. Phone
4. Password

We never sell or share any of your personal information, unless you have opted into receiving offers from our partners and have authorised us to do so.
Please Note: During our inspection process for refurbished devices, they are fully wiped to factory restore. In addition, any SIM or memory cards located in devices are destroyed immediately.
If for any reason a product you have purchased from us is sent back, any SIM or memory cards located are destroyed immediately. Also, we are unable to return any SIM or memory cards in your device should you decide to cancel your order.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We want you to be completely satisfied with our products.
We ONLY accept return requests within 5-7 days following delivery of your product.
You will take full responsibility for the shipping cost back to us and you must provide the tracking information to Admin with 24 hours of requesting a return.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCT(S)?

All postage and packaging cost is included in your purchase price. All products will leave our distribution Centre within 3 business days guaranteed. You will receive a tracking number via email when merchandise has been shipped to members. Please be advised that, actual courier information and delivery dates will vary per location.

All refurbished products go through our 30 POINT CHECK LIST. Our certification process ensures all devices are reset to factory settings. They endure a rigorous inspection process to ensure they are in excellent cosmetic condition and in good working order prior to be shipped.
